No more Bucknell classes... until I am a senior?!?!

... My thought exactly at the end of this past semester.

Congrats, you have officially found my blog that will (hopefully) be updated throughout my travels in LONDON!!!! As many of you know, there is a reason that I am an accounting major and used to be a math major. I am the worst when it comes to writing and I also have little care for reading as well. Womp. That being said, this is going to be my chance to turn some of my abilities around, and what the hell (or should I say bloody hell?) it is pretty easy to talk about myself and my experiences ;)

So here is some info about me incase you would like to get to know me a little bit better. I am a junior at Bucknell University, majoring in Accounting and minoring in Mathematics and Dance. I will officially join the real world this summer interning in New York this upcoming summer as well. Additionally, I have been dancing since I was three, still dancing at school, and now, I have choreographed multiple times as well! I definitely plan on trying to dance in London because otherwise, I will not be functioning when I start up again in the fall. Last but not least, I am OBSESSED with my friends and sisters in my sorority Delta Gamma. This past semester I lived on our sorority suite and I must say, it was the best. It was great being able to have many of my friends within feet away and many more visiting all of the time. I can never complain. Moving out and leaving all of my "suities" behind was rough, but considering I am going to London for the semester, I can't complain.

That ends my rando-rambling paragraph. Now back to London.

Besides all of that, I know many of my other friends have also written a blog as they studied abroad. Since I have barely been out of the country (Canada and the Bahamas for a day barely counts), I always loved reading about everything they were doing. It seemed surreal, especially for those in Europe, to have the ability to travel from country to country only over a weekend and be able to experience so many different cultures. That was one of the main reasons I chose to go to London. I will be able to travel, but I do not have to worry about learning a new language and especially taking classes in a different language. I also hope to see how the business world is over there and how it is compared to over here in the states.

So, I actually do not leave until January 11th but I am starting to find out more information. Today, I just found out where I will be living and I must say, it seems amazing! I am within steps of Kings Cross/St. Pancras station (my sister, the Harry Potter fanatic is uber jealous), my building has a gym that I am going to force myself to go to, and the building is all students so I will be able to meet so many different people from all over the world. Oh yeah, and I am not too far from City University too... I should probably remember that. As I keep receiving information as we approach departure day, I can't help but to get more and more excited!

Hopefully, as the last few weeks in the states (and my only few weeks at home) pass by, I can post a few more times as I find out more information or when I get bored when I am not being taken over by my holiday job at Macy's. And incase you forgot to, don't forget to follow and bookmark my page!

First Post... Check! (I can't believe I managed to write this much!)
